This older garden underwent a substantial restoration of garden beds through a program of soil improvement, irrigation system overhaul and supplementary planting in 2008. The rear garden was redesigned and a pergola was constructed creating much-needed reprieve from the western sun. The upper level above the pool has been revitalized with Mediterranean and scented plants around lush new lawns creating a most inviting entertaining area.
