Bamboo Courtyard

Lisa Ellis Gardens worked with Hayball Architects and property developer to deliver this urban courtyard for a multi-residential city dwelling.

Bamboo garden beds were designed into living walls for apartments on the same level, and a pergola was constructed to be the entertainment focus in the courtyard. Cantilevered concrete tables and seats with built-in heating were also designed,  allowing residents to enjoy the garden – all year round.
